This is one for the gym but it was a fun workout that I did this week:

Row 500m (at 2 min/500m pace)

12 sumo deadlift high pulls

12 med ball power cleans

12 T-Bar Rows

Row 400m (at 1:55/500m pace)

12 sumo deadlift high pulls

12 med ball power cleans

12 T-Bar Rows

Row 300m (at 1:50/500m pace)

12 sumo deadlift high pulls

12 med ball power cleans

12 T-Bar Rows

Row 200m (at 1:45/500m pace) <- this is a tough one.

You will find it easier to lift/row harder as the work out goes on for some reason. Enjoy.
