I am going to post a selection of work outs that are good fun or ones that i like. Now remember, that you must be fit and healthy and have the ok from a doctor if you do these workouts. If you are not sure of any form get your self some professional advice or look up info on the internet. You are fully responsible for your own physical wellbeing if you carry out any of these workouts and please don’t blame me.
